Parents/Guardian

We require parents or Guardians to fill in a membership application form and sign our club code of conduct, this will entitle you to become a member of the club.

Membership forms can be

• completed online
• downloaded to print and complete

Full membership is £50 per year and £10 extra if you would like to register more than one sibling.

Please contact our chairman with any membership inquiries.

Social membership is £20 per year.

Players

Players will be required to sign league registration cards and our club code of conduct, this will then entitle them to play for one of our teams, subject to selection.

Running Costs

Your monthly subs contribute towards the cost of running training sesions and managing the pitch.

Most teams collect subs from parents on a weekly basis roughly £5 per week depending on age group and size of squad.

Phoenix sports club has community amateur sports club status(CASCs) This means we run as a nonprofit making organisation, all profits go back into the club to pay running costs and to improve the facilities.
