Saturday Morning Community Soccer Clinic

The Saturday morning coaching sessions are into their 5th year now and they continue to grow and grow, any child not playing for a Phoenix team is eligible to attend our soccer school. The sessions are taken by FA qualified coaches who have all been CRB checked. Many players from our Saturday morning soccer clinic have progressed and are now playing in the phoenix colours on a Sunday.

- Cost is £3.00 per 1 hour 30min session

- times are 9.00-10.30 for 7 to 11 years olds

- 10.30 - 12.00 for 4 to 6 years old

When you bring your child please ensure they have the correct equipment with them:

- shin pads, correct footwear, either studded or astro boots, depending on the weather.

- Wet tops, we don't stop training if it rains, only if the pitches are waterlogged.

- A drink for your child, they work very hard, we have regular drink stops.

Most of all bring your children and let them enjoy football in a safe and well structured environment!!

Message for all Phoenix Managers from under 7's to under 11's, before advertising for players in the paper, turn up on a Saturday and take a look at the boys and girls already training at Phoenix, there might be a budding David Beckham already training at Phoenix right under your nose!!

Andrew Mortlock
