Football is a game that should be played in the spirit of friendship.
Players, match officials and spectators alike should also enjoy the game. There has a been a recent disturbing trend to unacceptable behavior by a minority of people associated with some clubs in the League. Such misconduct is not tolerated.
League management committees have wide ranging powers to handle disciplinary matters. Players, spectators and officials can all be found guilty of misconduct. In such cases it is likely that the offender will also be found guilty of bringing the leagues into disrepute.
